After your treatment your body and mind will be relaxed. To gain maximum benefit from your treatment it is recommended you read and follow the aftercare advice.

  • Get plenty of rest you may feel tired.

  • Drink plenty of water to assist in the elimination of toxins from the body.

  •  Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours after a massage as this is a detoxifying treatment and alcohol can have a dehydrating effect on the body.

  • Avoid spicy meals after treatment, light meals help natural healing and encourage detoxification.

  • Gentle and postural exercise can help with muscle tension as well as exercise that assist with mobility.

  • Yoga is a suitable gentle option.

  • Support your body well with a healthy diet and regular exercise.
