Gift Certificate 

Gift certificates can be purchased in person or online. If purchased online, vouchers will be emailed to you along with your receipt. 

 

Gift certificates are valid for 6 months. The standard redemption period is 6 months from date of issue. The responsibility of using the gift certificate, prior to expiry, lies with the recipient of the gift voucher. No pre-expiry reminders will be sent by from Kärlek Beauty. 

 

Protect your gift – This gift certificate has monetary value, if in a circumstance this voucher is lost, and another person comes across it, the  gift certificate can still be redeemed.

 

Please note: The Kärlek Beauty gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or stolen.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Massage Therapy | Lashes | Nails | Facials 

We understand that clients sometimes need to change or cancel their appointments.  However due to our appointments being in such high demand we ask that our clients give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This will enable us to attempt to refill the booking.

If the cancellation notice is less than 24 hours, you will be charge a total of £20.00 to your account. You will not be able to book further appointments until the outstanding balance is fully paid.

 

Deposits

When booking your treatment, we may request a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 to secure your booking . We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel your booking. In the event of not receiving the correct notice this deposit is non-refundable. 

The deposit shall be deducted from the remaining balance. 

 

Payments

Payments can be made in cash, card or bank transfers.

All bank transfer payments are to be paid prior to leaving your appointment. 

 

Consultation Forms

Client consultations are a crucial part of being in the professional beauty industry. They protect both the client and you and ensure that we do not perform any treatments on a client that may be detrimental to their well being. Online consultation forms are required to be completed prior to your first treatment. Regularly clients are required to complete a new consultation form every 6 months.

In severe weather conditions, we do accept cancellations (less than 24hours) with no additional charges. Please note this will be at the manager’s discretion.

Eye Treatments

Our eye treatments are only for natural eye lashes, please ensure you arrive to your appointment with no eye make up on or lash extensions.

A patch test is required for all lash treatments, at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If a patch test is incomplete this will prevent your treatment on the day and could result in additional chargers to your account.
